Hey everyone,

I’m looking to refinance a self-storage deal I own in the Houston area (Fresno, TX). Curious if anyone has strong lender recommendations right now—banks or groups that actually like storage deals.

Would love to hear who you’ve worked with recently (and who to avoid).
