Land for Auction

Hey BP, there is a local auctioneer that is auctioning off a large parcel of land. I would love more than anything to take part in it however, the opening bid it $1MM and the auctioneer is auctioning it as selling absolute above nominal opening bid of $1MM and I most certainly do NOT have $1MM available to me lol. Is there such a thing in this world that a lender would lend you money for an auction?
