Lately i received several offers from transactional funding companies where they can finance 100% of the deal. Reading more about it i was not able to find companies in CA doing that.. Could you refer me some transactional funding companies that you work with before ... for homes in CA.

Transactional funding companies can help you regard whether they are in California or not. Most will do 100% but they will charge % of the purchase price, and you must have an end buyer line up ready to be closed.
