I spoke with the B2R guys a few days back. They will do portfolio loans.

I don't know of anyone locally giving SFR portfolio loans currently.

@Chris Simmons Said something about working in a local bank if I remember correctly. Maybe he can pipe in?

I think my banker would, but only for a local with a long track record of doing business with them. Glenwood Springs is a nice place btw.

Thanks @Scott Carder.  I am a fairly strong credit quality borrower and would be willing to have a deposit account with the bank.  Do you think your banker is worth a phone call?

BTW...if you like Glenwood Springs, come see me sometime.  I have some vacation rentals and offer a BP discount.

    Thanks,

    Mark

I'm looking to buy my first investment property in Tulsa as my friend just purchased two properties there.  He suggested I go through [email protected]

918-863-0010.  Not a recommendation from experience, but someone you might talk to as my friend thought the guy was good to work with and he's based in Tulsa.  I'll be calling him after Thanksgiving.

If you do talk with him, let me know how it went.

    good luck

Mark I have a lot of contacts in the OK community bank space.  Tulsa has some really good portfolio lenders in the burbs.  Let me know if you would like to discuss and I'll try to help you find the right fit.
