Best Lenders for Cash Out Refi BRRR?

Question

Does anyone have recommendations for effective lenders able to originate cash out refi mortgages. I am looking for qualities such as low interest rates, 30 years, 75% LVT on appraised value, 6 month or less (or no) seasoning, reasonable origination fees, etc.

Sounds like you are looking for 75% LTV cash out without seasoning.  Depending on what kind of property you have and your entity structure we can work out a deal like that.  I'd need more info to be sure.  Happy to discuss your plans and see what I could do.

If you're looking to do a cash out before the 6 months you can do so another week delayed financing  offered by Fannie Mae .  This allows you to capture 75%  loan to value  of the acquisition cost . You do not have to wait 6 months or 12 months like no other lenders require

On an investment property; A SFR if you have #1-6 mortgaged properties, you can pull out up to 75% of the equity and on 2-4 units is up to 70% equity.

You can do a cash out at 6 mo this and start the process prior to the 6 month period and just wait to close at 6 months.

Conventional financing will allow you to go out 30 years with low interest rates.
