who does investment loans on manufactured homes in Utah?

I am looking at buying a property in Moab. However is a manufactured home which usually need to be a primary residence to get a loan. I could go the commercial route, but interest rates tend to be higher. Does anybody have any suggestions? I already have five long-term rentals and two short-term rentals that have a proven track record. Plus my primary residence. Thanks for any input :-)

@Megan Arzt I would like hear what you find I have to small vacant properties that the area will not support a stick built home but think I could get better cashflow if I went modular/mobile home on them. I'm also going to be looking into it more tomorrow
