Anybody have experience with Sachem Lending?

Question

I'm looking into private/hard money lending options for a multifamily unit renovation. Has anybody worked with Sachem Lending before? Interested in any BP experiences.

@Tiffany Porter it was good, the whole process was pretty smooth, from the first funding, to all of the rehab draws, I would recommend them.

I am in the middle of a deal with them, and so far it's been a positive experience. We're scheduled to close next week, so I can update you then.
