Has anybody done business with Easy Street Capital?

I am considering a new construction project funded by Easy Streel Capital in Austin Tx.

So far they seem straight forward and they are not asking for up front fees other than points at closing.

Has anyone done business with them? what was your experience?

    I’ve had clients use them for fix/flips here in Austin with success. One of my buyers is actually using them to close on a deal we just got under contract yesterday with a closing next week Wednesday. So they can fund pretty fast too.
