@Grant Richmond your situation is a symptom of another issue: you have not mastered yourself and your finances yet. Start there first. Become financially educated and learn how to master your own behavior. Once you have mastered yourself, you are ready to take on a leveraged asset. Skipping that step is very dangerous!
