I have several duplexes and single family houses in balloon loans that I want to refi into 30 year fixed. Tidal Loans is saying they will do this but have mixed reviews and shaky communication. Has anyone ever used them before? Feedback?

I was looking at using Tidal Loans LLC to refi a couple of rental properties too. But I was a little sceptical as well. Did anyone use them? If so, how was it? If not who did you use? And would you recommend them? I am in Texas looking for a lender.

Most of their online line reviews look positive, but how does person know how accurate the online reviews are?

We have used them and would not recommend Tidal Loans to anyone or use them again in the future. Shaky communications, overpriced, and your lending servicer is changed more than once. No bueno. Sticking with banks.
