Has Anyone Used Partner Driven LLC??

Hi - We're looking for your opinions to those of you who have used Partner Driven LLC. Their pitch is great, but I'm wondering if anyone can attest to the 50/50 split, did you feel the net profit was fair, were there any additional or increased fees tacked on at the end to take away from the net profit... and if you feel that the value you get from them is worth the investment?

Paul, I would say it probably cost the same, (I don't know what the current fee could be) It's better to ask yourself , "what is the value of knowledge" of course you can learn what you need on your own, ( how much will that cost?) What will the time frame be?

Yes, Pete and Julie have funded my deals, I also work with others, because I was able to learn and be held accountable by the best mentors available.

Can you be coached? Do you want to be coached? You need to be able to know what "holes" need plugged in your business.

The best value is the community...  priceless!

So what's the cost? to join us or not to join...  I am glad of the value and it continues with the value every day...

The 50/50 profit split is legit.

You pay a partner fee to get started.

They pay for the houses, repairs, etc. and you split the profits 50/50.

Buy box is residential 1-4 units and

65% to 70% of ARV (house plus cost of repairs total)

I only heard about Partner Driven last year and so far so good 👍🏼 As a licensed REALTOR and loan officer, I knew the traditional buyer pool was going to shrink due to the looming interest rate hikes. I had to pivot to a more creative, non-traditional way to structure deals to keep my business going. Partner Driven has been a blessing thus far! 😇
