Sub-to deal with seller concerns around solar?

Hey everyone! Has anyone heard of solar being an issue with the transfer of ownership? Maybe because a lien or could it be something else. Thank you!

    If it is not owned but leased then yes a big deal

    If it is owned but financed it needs to be paid off and they would absolutely be more willing to call the loan than a bank would
