I haven't done a sub-to deal yet in CA, but when I do, the guys at CreativeVestors on ig would be my go to for any questions with the process! Mitch and Richard are super helpful.

@Timothy Stevens Have you connected with any other real estate investor groups in the San Diego area? There are lots of them and most local investors in the area will have title companies that they can recommend to you. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. Thousands of locals will be in those groups. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
