Title company for hybrid deal

I am looking for a title company to complete my deal. It's a hybrid and this is my first deal like this. It will be our primary. Any recommendations for title companies in South West Florida around the Tampa area?

Absolutely. I've done a ton with American Guardian Title. Their ownership actually will go close it remotely for you in most instances We do a ton of real estate investor deals and they have saved our bacon on more than one occassion. I'll PM you contact info.

@Jake Bourgraf glad you have some local responses above. Local is always better for this type of thing. Just incase, try some local real estate meetup groups. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
