I have clients all over the US trying to invest in rental properties near Chicago area however I keep running into the same problem. Every bank/lender I come across will not lend to out of state buyers. Are others having this issue? Any advice would be helpful. These clients are looking to invest in 6 to 10 rental properties at a time.
@Joseph Dimaria are these commercial units or mostly SFR? I have a friend who does asset/project based lending but only lends on commercial properties, development or land. Let me know if any of those fit your needs and I would be happy to connect the both of you.
