need help with first deal

Hi everyone I'm new in this business and thinking of acquiring a 3 family rental property in NY. I've visited few properties and many are priced around 800,000. However, I'm not sure I will be able to come up with enough money for a down payment around 160,000. Any advice on how I can make this happen? Thank you...

Can you owner occupy it or does it have to be an investment loan? You could find a partner

Thank you, Mr. Tahir, for your response. For one property I found a week ago, I wasn't able to prove I had enough fund for the down payment so the owner sold it another person who had enough fund to complete the deal. So right now I'm back on the market looking for a new property. I will gladly contact you as soon as I find another good deal. Thank you very much...

I am an off-market broker here in Manhattan but I invest outside of the city. I’d be happy to show you deals as well of put you in contact with some lenders.
