Buying rental properties on seller finance
Hi! My husband and I are wanting to buy our first rental property. There is a house near us that is already set up as a tri-plex rental. It is listed through a real estate agent but we were wanting to see if they would do owner financing. How do you go about initiating that especially if it isn't listed as a seller financing deal?
