Looking To Connect With Creative Investors

Hello BP family!

I am new to RE investing. I own a fourplex as my only investment property. I have been learning about various RE investing strategies and find myself to be most attracted to Creative investing techniques like Subject To, Seller Financing, and Lease Options. I am from the Chicago suburbs (Illinois) and looking for an investor/mentor, who has experience using creative strategies, to guide and collaborate with.
