Hello BP family!

I am new to RE investing. I own a fourplex as my only investment property. I have been learning about various RE investing strategies and find myself to be most attracted to Creative investing techniques like Subject To, Seller Financing, and Lease Options. I am from the Chicago suburbs (Illinois) and looking for an investor/mentor, who has experience using creative strategies, to guide and collaborate with.

    Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings.

    @Satnam Sandhu - I invest in the area of seller financing (purchasing existing loans, and selling property to create new owner/seller-financed paper). That has led me down the subject-to road as well. I'm happy to talk further if you'd like to reach out. In June I'll be presenting on the topic of creating seller-financed notes. In fact, I recently learned that Bigger Pockets has come on to that event as a sponsor. I'll be happy to share that information as well.
