Will I pay taxes on a cash refi received funds?
Hello,
I'm close to closing a deal on a cash refi on a property that I own outright. If I end up getting those funds this year (2022) but i'm yet to find another property to invest those funds in (in the same year), will I have to pay and type of taxes for this?
