I'm looking for any recommendations on a good CPA that does cost segregation for my STR in Hawaii. Trying to prepare for tax season.

    CPAs do not do cost segregation. We implement the results of cost segregation. Two of the companies that do cost seg nationwide are @Yonah Weiss and @Julio Gonzalez
