Hi again - I’m also looking for a tax advisor or strategist who is familiar with DC taxes (this is where I'm located). We have one property (for now) that we plan on house hacking by (hopefully) the end of the year. We both have W2 jobs, and my partner had an additional 1099 job for the first half of this year.
