Anyone hear of Legally Mine?

Hi - I went to a talk by Legally Mine held by the RICH club here in Houston a couple of years ago. They are an asset protection services company based out of Utah. They did a fancy talk about the importance in investors protecting themselves from liabilities. As a new, naive investor at the time with assets to protect and the fact that they were hosted at the RICH club, I decided to sign up for their services with a "risk-free" guarantee. Needless to say, they had a VERY complicated "blueprint" with lots of suggested foreign entities (LLC) holding our assets that we felt did not meet our needs for ease of compliance, cost and upkeep. We asked to cancel within the time allowed, but it is now 2 years with a few partial payments and lots of broken promises to pay. Has anyone else had any experience with this company?
