Hello again BP community! My business partners and I are just getting started in wholesaling! Our next order of business is getting our purchase and assignment contracts written up by a professional. My question to the community is does anyone know of any real estate attorneys in the North Jersey area that are investor friendly and deal with wholesalers?
Also any references to title companies would be great as well. Thank you and have a great day!

Check out the local REI meetings for attorneys and title companies. They are local and investor-friendly. Below is a list of a few in the Northern/Central Jersey area that occur on a monthly basis. They have been the foundation for developing my investor network.

I use Goodson Law offices in montlcair, they do tons of investment properties, wholesale deals, back to back closings, ect.
You can call and ask to speak with Chris, reference me and they will take care of you. He is responsive, has a large enough team in his office to get work done quickly and has title companies that work with wholesalers

Does anyone know how much Chris charges to work with him? Got my first wholesale contract signing tomorrow and the spread is not too wide. Just want to make sure that I am not dipping into my pocket to close the deal.
