Average Attorney Fees For Reg D 506 Private Offerings?

Question

Can anyone share what their average fees were for Reg D 506 private placements, that is what experienced PPM attorneys are charging in your area?

I was shocked to read a projection that Reg A+ Tier 2 filings (allowing nationwide advertising for accredited investors) would exceed $100,000+, but I can't find published average attorney rates for Reg D 506 filings:

I've heard numbers in the $10,000 to $25,000 range. The more states where your investors live, the more paperwork and the higher the cost.

Interesting website Bryan. We were just going through the Fundrise website, which is local to us in the DC metro, to see how they are structured and handle compliance.

It really depends on the complexity of your offering. A fund is going to cost a lot more than a syndicated offering. Reg. A+ offerings will cost a lot more than a Reg. D fund.
