Doe anyone have any recommendations for an accountant/CPA and a lawyer around Athens, Ga. Or Northeast Atlanta. Thanks.

Very solid and knowledgeable guy in the RE space.   Tell him you found out about him on BP and I recommended him.  (I'm not affiliated in any way, but I really like this guy).  I've never had my taxes done by anyone before but I've turned them over to him after buying my first property.

    We use Thomas H. Beisswenger as a real estate attorney for most of our closings.
