Real estate Tax attorney advice

I want to get a book or suggest a course about Real Estate tax law for my brother that is a tax attorney.

Ideally something about taxes on small duplex/triplex investments, rehabs, depreciation, etc., and how to maximize savings and write offs. 

Any recommendations?

    I would advise on the following

    1) NOLO's "every landlord's tax deduction guide
    2) BP's The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor
    3) IRS Publications on depreciation, rental properties etc
