I’d like to know what’s the best way to structure my real estate business for anonymity, asset protection, and the best tax advantages?
I've heard of several setups: LLC's within a Wyoming-based holding LLC, LLC in a land trust, etc. Anyone with a similar setup or experience with such?
Best structure is fact dependent. Speak to attorney and CPA. Utilizing LLCs with Revocable Trusts can be a good starting point.
If you are just starting out and have no transactions under your belt, keep it simple. You can always build out complexity as you progress.
