Hello. I'm looking at getting into the multi family space In my home town of Cincinnati Oh. I was curious if anyone has any recommendations on a good local Real Estate Attorney to help arrange proper leases, and LLC work. I'm also looking for a investor friendly title company that I can build a strong relationship with. Thank you!

    @Martez Mitchell I am an Ohio licensed attorney and I would be able to help you out with drafting leases and LLC work. I also have a close attorney friend (@Alan Henderson) in Cincinnati that has experience in closing on residential and commercial properties for investors. I would highly recommend him.

    I can recommend both GFH (https://www.gfh-law.com/) and Prominent Title (https://www.prominenttitleagen...). We have had a good experience with both on our apartment deals.
