Looking for reputable contractors for an investment team

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the real estate investing world and I am currently in the process of building my team of professionals. I'm accepting of any recommendations for contractors who believe in a good days work! If you're a contractor yourself, please reachout for opportunities even for yourself! I am looking to get into the flipping business in my local market and markets nationally.

     Go to your local RE meetings, hang out at Home depot Nobody is going to give you their contractors. I have 25 guys I never share. :) 

    BTW, see if you ca find a deal 1st :)

    Hi my name is chad Roberts. I own a home remodeling company called Incredible Floors and More LLC. I remodel homes for a few house flippers and am always looking to take on more projects to keep me and my team working steadily throughout the entire year.

    Never got the idea of keeping contractors to yourself. I'm sure they would want you to share their information...
