Refi / Rental loan upto 80% ltv
Does anybody know a lender who can do 80% ltv?
i do brrrr strategy in Poconos PA. I did 8 deals past few years. Now i got house I bought and converting into duplex. Arv 450-500k. My monthly rental income will be $ 5000 .
Looking for the most m9ney out of it.

Hey Tomasz -
Going to be tough to find a lender that can do a cash out refi at 80% LTV. A rate term at 80% could be feasible but you are probably going to be capped at 75% max LTV if you want to pull equity out.
