Looking for off market deals - Columbus, OH Area

Hey All,

My partner and I are looking for distressed SF or Duplex properties around the Columbus area. Our main focus is Columbus, Lancaster, and Newark but are open to deals within an hour. If you know anyone we could get in contact with or have any advice let us know! We already have financing and are looking to get going in the next couple weeks or so.

     I have a team of 5 and we spend 12+ hours everyday cold-calling to find off-market deals for our investors. We target a lot probate properties, owners who have owned for more than 10+ years, duplex's, and driving for dollars with homes that need to be taken care off. 

    I would be happy to share my off-market deals sheet with you.
