My wife and I are real estate investors based in Kansas City, currently managing two rental properties. We're lined up to purchase our next deal from a family member—a house that needs a full cosmetic rehab. We plan to utilize the BRRRR method for this project.

We're looking for private money lenders in the Kansas City area to help fund the purchase. Our plan is to use funds from a HELOC we have secured to cover the rehab costs, and once the rehab is complete, we intend to cash out refinance to pay the private money lender back.
