Hello Jennifer,

Congrats on getting started! I wish you well. I will be following your posts, if you don't mind, because I am brand new to this platform and interested in building a team. I figure if I watch how you do it, I will learn something. I am also interested in flipping... but, I am currently in Texas.

    Congrats on your new endeavor!  I work with a few flippers in NJ and many have been very lucrative deals I've seen through the fix and flip process.

    I am a broker and have many resources for high leverage flip financing in NJ.  It's all about the numbers.  Let's chat sometime.
