Looking for a Dscr Loan

I am purchasing a duplex for $390K with 25% down. I have a credit score of over 800.  The current rental income is $3,600 per month, and the property does not need any rehab.  Who can give me the best deal for the loan?

Recommend looking at BP's recommended list for DSCR lenders.

    Insurance: $4,500

    Jonathan , lots of options here - I would recommend getting multiple quotes from a few lenders and DSCR investment brokers

    Lots of good lenders out there, I don't think anyone wants to put a lot of effort into it when they're publicly being shopped upon a meet and greet. Just call in and check with everyone :)

    Lots of lenders in FL. Just like many people have commented earlier - get multiple quotes. I would recommend going with a local lender though

    I'm in Orlando as well. I suggest using the find a lender tab on BP. Get multiple quotes and always ask when they will lock your rate. Underwriting processes vary as well, so make sure you are not trading a nightmare underwriting process for a fractionally lower rate. Best of luck!

     Best rate would be 6.55% with a flat 5 year PPP.  Give me a call if you'd like to discuss.

    Hi @Jonathan Krauser,

    I'm not sure if you've landed on a lender for this one yet, but something to keep in mind too is that you can typically lower your rate with points on DSCR loans. If you need a lender I'd recommend @Conor Deasy to get you some rough pricing.
