    It is my understanding DSCR and other types of non-conventional loans can be approved with a non-resident status. Key to any loan is typically the down payment. If you have the down payment it opens up a lot more options.

     Hi Mahde, 

    I work with out of state investors and I offer both bridge and DSCR loans, let me know if you'd like more info

    We'd also offer zero origination points for your first deal with us since you're from Bigger Pockets, and we lend up to 90% of the purchase price
