Good Afternoon All,

My wife and close friend of ours are in the final stages of purchasing a condo unit in the Windsor Hills community. We are first time vacation home buyers and plan on using the condo as a Short Term Rental property. We are coming to the community for some help prior to closing when it comes to finding a reputable and reliable home inspector for our inspection.

We are also in search of reputable and reliable cleaners and handypersons once we close and begin to set the property up as a STR. Any help for new (and out of state) STR hosts would be kindly welcomed.
