Looking to do cohosting, and seeking advice, or partnership

Hello,

I'm a super host on Air Bnb, and I have one that does really well and am looking into getting a few properties to help cohost.  I was wondering if anyone on here does it, and is looking to get a partner to help them, or even just help me with a quick call.

If you are also an Air Bnb owner and looking for a co host, please let me know.  I've been doing Air Bnb for about a year now and I do really well with it and enjoy it, and have great reviews.  I have a lot of passion for it, and have a lot of experience in working with people and would love to expand on it.  I'm located in the Orlando area, and am looking to help co host 5 properties anywhere in the US.

Better verify that you can co-host (act as a property manager) anywhere in the US, in every state and municipality....

    Better verify that you can co-host (act as a property manager) anywhere in the US, in every state and municipality....

    I have a sort of interesting proposition, I am a fully licensed PMC HQ in Tampa.  In the Tampa area we are offer full service, generally at 20%.  Statewide we offer limited service.  With limited service we include all the virtual aspects i.e. daily price with live revenue manager + software, marketing on 15+ channels, 24/7 guest communication, tax remittances, and all the software bells and whistles including guest portal, owner portal, lock automations, etc.  This is at 10%.  I just partnered with a small PM in Saint Augustine who is white label offering 20% full service and outsourcing all the limited tasks to us and handling all on site activities and keeping the 10%.  I am looking to replicate this in the other major FL metros.  Let me know if you have any thoughts or interest!

       Andrew, thanks for the input.  That helps a lot with getting an idea.  Do you collect the payments on the property or does Air Bnb disperse it for you with their co hosting program?

       We collect it because we are not just on Airbnb but 15 different channels so it makes the most sense to collect it from all the different channels and disperse to owners 1x per month

    Nice work on superhost status! What really helped me scale was tracking response times and revenue optimization data from my current place - becomes your pitch deck to new owners. Are you planning to find property owners through networking or direct outreach?

       I'm going to look into sending letters to owners of properties at their home address and just ask them how they like managing themselves or how they like their current management company.   That and possibly some cold calling to people that aren't on the DNC list.
