Contractors in the Cleveland Area

I'm looking to invest in a rental property in the Cleveland area and wanting to know of any good contractors in the area. Also wondering if its common/if they'd be open to visiting the property with me prior to making an offer? I'm just starting out and wanting to make sure that the property I'm currently looking at will actually fit my rehab budget.
