CPA & Tax Planning

Hello, 

I am looking for a CPA that I can meet in person to discuss tax planning. I am willing to travel 2 hours away from Eugene. 

The CPA must be willing to defend us and their work in a audit, as well.

I am also needing to do some tax planning for the upcoming years. 
 
Please put recommendations & a mini review in the comments. I would like to know why you recommend them and what you like about working with them.
