Bakersfield Broker SFRs and Small Apartment Bldgs

My partner and I are interested in buy-and-hold and flipping SFRs, and small apartment buildings (5-20 units) in the Bakersfield, CA area. We are looking for an experienced broker that likes to work with investors.

    For SFRs we use http://smartsell.house/ there are about 536 properties for Bakersfield.

     Market is good for rentals and flips throughout the valley if you buy at the right price.

     I have an Assignment opportunity on a 7 unit in Lancaster. We UW very heavily and even with our numbers it's a 9+ Cap. Let me know if you would be interested.
