Looking JV Partnership for First Flip and more in NY metro area
Hello, I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm looking for a partner for my first flip and financing (Hard Money, Private Money and Conventional). I currently have 2k cash on hand but will have 20k buy June 8 and I am ready to start doing business by June 12th. My credit score will be in the mid 700's and I don't have debt at all on my report . I don't have a problem finding undervalued properties plus I have good relationships with people who brokers and realtors in my area. I can find a minimum of 20 undervalued properties a month through my personal research database and email submissions by brokers/realtors that I deal with. I'm open to any mentorship as well.
