I'm a fix and flip guy in the Columbus area. I don't run a big operation but probably flip 5 or 6 a year since 2008. The problem I have with wholesalers in this area is most of them are bringing me deals that are great for the buy and hold guys, but don't work out great for me. I'm looking primarily for B class properties and tend to pass on the C & D properties. But I'd love to work with you and if you have any questions I can help answer don't hesitate to ask.
