A couple of regional and national fund groups are unloading 750+ properties across multi-states (AZ,CA, FL, GA, IN, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX) and you can now have access to the inventory through SBRE. These portfolios are primarily single-family properties, but does include some duplexes, triplexes, condos and townhouses. Most of the portfolios will allow you to choose a minimum of 5 properties or purchase the entire portfolio for a specific state. No Daisy Chain!!!
