750+ Available Properties in Multi-States

FOR SERIOUS ACTIVE BUYERS!

A couple of regional and national fund groups are unloading 750+ properties across multi-states (AZ,CA, FL, GA, IN, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX)  and you can now have access to the inventory through SBRE. These portfolios are primarily single-family properties, but does include some duplexes, triplexes, condos and townhouses.  Most of the portfolios will allow you to choose a minimum of 5 properties or purchase the entire portfolio for a specific state. No Daisy Chain!!! 

Send an email to SBRE indicating the state(s) of interest: [email protected].  Also, let us know if you are the end-buyer, broker or wholesaler. 

                  This is an off-market offering and must stay off the market.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not re-market this deal on CraigsList or any other internet sites! You may only market directly to buyers that you work with! Failure to comply will result in legal proceedings being filed against you!
