    Can you furnish me more details on this deal? I am looking for income and operating statements. Taxes and lease terms . Any opportunities for creative financing, and cost of repairs if any. Also if you can show the comps within the immediate neighborhood and pics of the inside and outside.

    @Lowell G. I'll resend tomorrow. I sent 2 different zip files- One with market photos and the other with photos showing what repairs may need done. When I resend, I'll break it up into 2 separate emails.

    Update- I had it listed as half occupied, when it's indeed 100% occupied. Seller also said he may take anywhere around $49k
