Contract For Sale in Drexel Hill, PA!!! 165k!!!

We have a contract for sale in Drexel Hill, PA. This would make for a quick and easy FLIP or possible RENTAL. This property is in really good shape. It has 4, possibly 5, bedrooms with 3 full baths and a 2 car attached garage Current owners replaced all the copper plumbing with PVC pipes, repaved the walkway, and replaced half of the windows in the house. The roof, siding and mechanicals are all in decent shape also.
