A lot of business owners don’t come right out and say, “I need funding.”

Sometimes the signs show up first.

Maybe they’re delaying a new hire, putting off equipment purchases, turning down larger jobs, using personal credit to cover business expenses, or struggling to keep enough cash available for growth.

If you work closely with business owners, you may notice these things before they ever start looking for capital.

That’s where having the right funding resource can add value to your relationship.

I help business owners explore options based on their personal credit profile, properly structured LLC, or existing business revenue, depending on their situation.

Sometimes simply recognizing the need early can give a business owner more options before cash flow becomes a problem.

What are some signs you’ve noticed that usually tell you a business owner could use additional capital?

Every active investor looks for new source of funding. Question is, how can we trust the new lender amd make sure they wont drop the ball on the day of closing?
