Dealing with Eviction and Appeal

Hello all, 

I am out of state investor that owns a property in the Pittsburgh area. I am going through the eviction of my tenant due to non-payment.
We had the judgment pay and stay from the judge, but the tenant submitted an emergency appeal to the judgment. 
The tenant is required to pay to the escrow account with the court.  So I am weighing my options on whether to keep going with eviction by involving an attorney or there could be alternative work around. 

Anyone has deal with this situation ? . Please share your insight and experience .
