Partnership Dispute Problem

Gloria Garcia
Posted

Hello,

I co-own four apartments, and my partner manages two of them. We’re currently facing an ongoing issue with the parking associated with the apartments he manages. He has been allowing his tenants to park 3 cars. I don’t think three cars fit . The area that they use to park is paved but it is not really intended to park cars. Each apartment has one carport and has a paved area facing each apartment. I believe this is unsafe because the entry to the apartment is surrounded by cars. I am worried about safety and potential liability of a blocked entrance in case of an emergency.

I previously addressed this issue by sending a certified letter, along with images, to make him aware of what I think is a problem.

I would appreciate any advice on this. What steps do you recommend I take at this point?

Thank you for your assistance.
